Love this clinic--it's the perfect blend of excellent clinical services with human compassion. My three older cats all have various health (and behavioural!) issues and the staff at the clinic have been superb. They have caught a variety of issues early on through their screening (triaditis, cancer, etc.) and I believe that they have really extended the lives of my cats. . .with two at 16 years old and one at 11 years old, it's important to me that they get the best care--and this clinic def provides it! Dr. Hilton, Dr. Teed and Dr. Mark have been just excellent. One of my furbabies had cancer (lymphoma) and they were the ones that caught it and arranged for her to get treatment at Guelph. . .they even arranged for her to come to local check ups so that she wouldn't have to have a stressful car trip. . .they were always on the phone to the cancer experts and kept a very careful eye and sent all their records to the cancer specialist. They were always willing to consult via phone and really helped me through what was a very emotionally stressful time. When cancer finally took my one cat, they were all so compassionate! They really understood how difficult it was to lose a pet and their support was incredible. Jessica (front desk), Shari and Michelle (vet tech) both provided so much support and they reached out to me after my cat's passing. The prices are also reasonable, too--I was used to vet prices in larger cities and their price for services is really good. They also have an ultrasound machine in house which is great--really cuts the cost compared to having to go to the University of Guelph or get in a specialist. I highly recommend them and trust them with the lives of my very precious cats! Update: One of my cats had a stroke, and Dr. Hilton and the staff caught it right away. Their treatment saved his life, and he is back to being happy and healthy!

This clinic provides first-rate service! As Canadians, we have little idea of what our health care costs so many get upset when they have to pay for a procedure, such as an ultrasound, for their pet. If you have pet insurance then concerns about price disappear and you only have to worry about providing the necessary care for your pet. The care that my cats have received at this clinic has extended their lives and resulted in them having a good quality of life at an advanced age. The vets and staff who work at this clinic care deeply for cats and it shows. If you really want to provide the best for your cat, then do not hesitate to take your pet to this clinic.

Not the clinic that I would pick to take my cat to. They seen very good with people but not sure about with cats when they're in the back room. Also the prices are questionable. if you want the best care for your cat try considering other places.

Not comfortable with them. They were friendly and great with the cat, but I always felt like they were always trying to either get more money out of me or cover their butts about their diagnosis. I always felt a bit uncomfortable with them, so am trying out a different vet instead.
