Dr. Krista Williams and the staff at Martindale Animal Clinic are absolutely wonderful. My dog Theo, a boxer, is a huge part of our family. As for any family member, we take his health and wellbeing very seriously, ensuring he has the best food, the comfiest bed, and of course the best veterinary care. This is what brought me to Martindale. This morning when getting ready to leave for work, I found Theo’s face was swollen, and he was licking at his paws excessively. Having been a boxer owner my entire life, and knowing a severe allergic reaction can happen quite quickly with this particular breed, I of course panicked. I called Martindale to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived they were ready and waiting for me. Dr. Williams treated him immediately and set my mind and fears at rest. As it turns out, it was an allergic reaction, we may never know to what, but being a pet owner with my baby in distress I panicked and I’m so glad I reacted quickly and took him to Martindale. Thank you Dr. Williams, for treating Theo so well and understanding how scared I was. Your kind words and demeanour truly helped me. There are so many veterinarians in this area, I can understand it being difficult to know where to go. I for one, will never hesitate as to where I will take my pets. I just had my first visit here. All of the staff was amazing! From the receptionist setting up the appointment and squeezing us in, to the skilled Technician who took my dog’s blood, to the extremely patient and knowledgeable Doctor. I was truly impressed! They also offer you drinks and snacks and it smells so nice inside! which was a nice change from my last clinic! It is bright and welcoming. A completely different vet experience! They also worked with us on a payment plan to make it affordable for us. We feel fortunate to have found this clinic! So many reasons to come back!

Getting rid of Marianne Dunn was the smartest thing this clinic has done in a long time.

This clinic is very good. We recently had an emergency with our 4 month old puppy. I was able to be seen right away and the surgery was done that afternoon to remove the sock he had eaten. They took really good care of him and also allowed us to pay with a payment plan. We now have signed up for pet insurance!

Trying to charge $84.90 for a kitten exam. Get outta here. Thieves
