Don't take your rabbit here. They severely overcharge, and their intentions are obvious in their demeanour. If it wasn't an emergency situation and they were the only place open, I would have walked out after the consult. They charged me 800 for one night stay over and an injectable antibiotic. The surgery required to fix the problem (abscess behind the eye, complete eye removal) at Greenwood was 1200, with take home drugs and a 3 day stay. High park was quoting me 5000. Its clear they are more concerned about money than your pet. Even if you are willing to pay, that's how they act. Highly recommend taking your rabbit elsewhere. Not sure if this applies to other animals, just have bunnies.

We found this clinic by recommendation. We have a large breed dog (he's huge) and our dog has had all of his shots and care at this hospital. All of the veterinarians and staff are thoughtful and informed - really, really, awesome - they know animals and it is obvious that they love what they do. We have no stress when we bring the dog to this clinic and this is so important. This hospital may not be the least expensive, but I have noticed they will never recommend unnecessary treatment either and I am certain this is a very important quality in a veterinarian. We highly recommend this animal hospital.

Not a vet to take a small animal. Was told pet had fleas and needed medication when it didn't. Had a dental procedure done that we didn't need. Money pit. Dr. Chung then went on to say the vegetables we have in Ontario don't have enough nutrients? Take the drive to Greenwood Park Animal Hospital if you have a rodent that needs help. They are the best in the city for small animals. Problem solved.

I was importing my hedgehog in the US from Canada and it is a difficult process. The folks here were extremely helpful and took excellent care of my hedgehog and me. They were very accommodating, friednly, and helpful. It is a same I won't be able to go back there again. I highly recommend these awesome people for your hedgehog (or any small animal!) needs.

Came in with a sick rat that had been walking funny and acting dizzy for the night. As soon as we walked in the receptionist asked "is that Joel?" Referring to our little guy by name, I thought that was sweet and a nice touch. When we were seen by the vet and her assistant there was nothing but love shown to Joel, hugs and even kisses from the staff just trying to make sure we could do anything and everything to get her better. Yes, there were tests and yes, they cost extra, but I was never forced into anything or made to feel bad. All costs were laid out up front and I could chose which procedures/tests/medicine to proceed with. They treated Joel with such love and care and were super gentle and even spoiled the little guy after with some strawberries and peanut butter. They called the next day to make sure everything was OK which also showed care and professionalism. Very happy with the experience, it's obvious everyone there loves animals and what they do. 5 stars.
