BAD EXPERIENCE .. This vet doesn't care about animals, they are more concerned with making money. They hardly gave my dog a proper examination before they prescribed medication. I had no idea what his illness was, they didn't seem to know either. After a few days on the medication, it was clear that it wasn't working, I went back and same situation, they just changed the medication without a proper exam. Not impressed at all.

I had a very good experience here. We are very skeptical of veterinary clinics however this location is good. Parking is a little hard to find. Staff are friendly and kind and enjoy talking. The staff told us they take their own pets here. The price was very reasonable and the doctor gave us multiple options for the best treatment for our pet. including the most expensive but they did not pressure us in any way to opt for that one. I know we will be taking our cats here again in the future.

The staff are friendly and helpful - excellent. When we needed help with our critically ill cat, Max - they were on top of it. When they discovered they weren't capable of handing the required procedure in-house, they promptly called and suggested moving him to the emergency clinic... a timely suggestion which saved his life.

This is our first experience with the Bloor Animal Hospital and we are glad to say it was an amazing one. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to the care they will provide our puppy as she grows. The Dr was great and was able to answer all of our many, many questions. After only a few short minutes we knew we made the right choice of Vets. Prices are competitive and the hours are amazing. A very happy setting for us and our pup. Excellent service, qualified and caring staff, top notch care. You can tell immediately these people care about animals. The clinic is clean and modern, with ample room to sit with your pet and they stock a wide variety of high quality food. The hours are very good, as you can make appointments on the week end, and in many cases, they will always find time for you. I am very fortunate to live near this practice, the staff are wonderful.
