Our English Bulldog was having UTI issues and we were seeking a Vet that had Bulldog experience with an office that was open in the morning. We were so lucky to find BloorMill Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Kenneth Hill because he saved our Bully's life. After examining her, Dr. Hill explained that she likely had a stone in her urethra obstructing the passing of urine. She spent the early morning squatting with no results so I wasn't surprised. 30 minutes later, he met us in the examining room with two xrays, and a stone in his palm almost the size of a dime that he manually massaged out of her urethra. Our Bulldog immediately let go of the bloody urine that had accumulated overnight. Her bladder could have burst from the pressure. Dr. Hill explained every step of the treatment plan for our pet, the costs involved, and the options that were available. He is a very caring, knowledgeable and pleasant Veterinarian. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially to English Bulldog owners. He had an American Bulldog himself so he is familiar with the breed and its inherent medical complications.

The veterinarians and staff here are absolutely exceptional. I have been taking my cats here for a few years now and always been happy with the service they receive. The quotes I receive are much lower than of other vets and my cats have always received fantastic care from the vet and the super friendly vet aides. Both Dr.Mak and Dr.Hill take the time to explain your pet's condition to you and unlike other vets I have been, do not always recommend going with the costliest treatment first but rather what would work best for the animal. When I brought a badly beat up stray in, Dr.Hill went out of his way to help surgically repair his injuries and charged me only a very minimal fee ( I dont think the fee even covered the occurred cost of the medications but Dr. Hill was very generous and kind to this cat). Overall, I am very thankful for the doctor's and staff working here and would recommend for anyone who wish for their pet to receive first rate and exceptional service to come here. Both your pet and your wallet will thank you.

Our new 14 week old pup had her 1st vet visit today with Maggie Mak. It was a wonderful visit. I found staff and vet to be delightful, thorough, definitely in the right occupation and enthused about their work. Our last vet in Sudbury was a hard act to follow and never did I dream that we would find another clinic where we felt so trusting and at home. Well, we have. What a gift to our precious pup. These people are highly consultative and collegial. And to say they are animal lovers is an understatement. I have complete confidence that this will be a long term and rewarding working relationship. Thank you ladies. Molly is a lucky girl to have such a team.

I've been to this hospital now a couple of times within the last few weeks because my dog has not been feeling well. They are so friendly and professional at this clinic. I have been to a couple of clinics in the past and have never felt such trust as I do here. Thank you.
