We just had our 2 yr old Morkie neutered here last week and found the staff to be very friendly and caring. Everything was well explained in detail by email before we even arrived for our appointment, there were no hidden fees, anything additional was optional and we declined. The vet was very attentive with Charlie and handled him with care explaining in complete detail the operation and what to expect afterwards and to bring him back if any complications arose. So far we are good and he is resting comfortably and very energetic on his walks. This place is at least $200 cheaper than local vets who may have nicer offices but that's up to you. The examining room was clean when we took him for his vaccine which wasn't up to date and 1/3 of the price of the Oshawa vets....they all add an examination fee. With their low prices here the office does get busy as it seems to be first come first served... no appointments other than surgery, so they should have a take a number system....for those that feel they were neglected.... most people were in line though.... I would definitely go back here.

My family has been using this vet for almost my entire life and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the service and staff. Extremely friendly atmosphere where my dog has felt almost at home every time we have been there I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet for their little furry family members

Doctor Jessica was amazing, she was able to tell me lot's about my kitten that I didn't know. The rooms have a door on either side, one to reception and the other to their offices I'm going to assume. The walls and doors are thin, so my friend and I heard their conversations while we waited. I made up for it by doing hideous faces in the camera. take that!

Very dirty disorganized place. Hidden fees .... all they want is more money they do not seem to know what they are doing. I had a very hard time understanding what the veterinarian was saying as her English was so poor. Eighty dollars to have my dogs nails trimmed... extra charge because he had not been there in a year. rip off

Amazing place. The Vets are patience and helpful. The price is excellent! Mostly because I am a student. I love my cat and I will pay anything for him. Sometimes is either eating for my cat and I or the vet and of course his health is first so in this case no one is hungry or sick :) hahaha
