The Veterinarian Doctor's and Staff are not only helpful and friendly but they are very professional and knowledgeable.

First impressions last! I had made an appointment a week ago to see Dr. Wong today and was told by the girl over the phone that the consult would be FREE. This afternoon the clinic was empty except for one client who was leaving. Dr. Wong was great at explaining vaccines, different diseases and answered all of my questions. No doubt she is a good vet. HOWEVER when I was leaving I was told to pay a $75 consult fee!! I was VERY unimpressed since I was misled and given false information and there was no way for me to prove my side. I think as good customer service, they could've charged me half to make up for their mistake. But they did not offer any kind of compromise!! After meeting Dr. Wong and Dr. Lavoie, I was seriously considering taking my pup (who I will be getting soon) to this clinic, but after this experience, I will definitely NOT. This demonstrates they are unwilling to admit fault and take accountability, which might mean trouble for your pet and bank account later on.

This is a wonderful vet clinic with very caring vets and techs. They always put the animal first and their prices are reasonable. We travel from the Broadview Danforth area to see them. We had to have our cat put to sleep there, and they sent us flowers and card with their condolences. Very sweet clinic.
