Place is very nice, Dr. Foster, reception, and the place is overall very welcoming. HOWEVER, be VERY careful about your visits.. Extremely overpriced.

I just recently began to take my new cat to Dr. Foster, after a sudden illness necessitated the finding of a vet right away. I honestly chose DRAH because it was the closest one to my apartment, and I wanted to limit the amount of travel time since I don't have a car. But I was also pleased to note that it's a one-vet operation, so I can be sure of dealing with the same vet every time (except when he goes on vacation, I suppose). And their online appointment booking system is great - it was quite late when I realised that my cat had a problem (I'd been away), but I filled out the form and one of the staff called me back at 8:30am the next morning. I was in to see Dr. Foster by 1pm. It was very efficient and professional. The appointment itself was great - the staff were friendly, the examination room was very clean, and Dr. Foster spent quality time examining my cat and talking to me about him. I really appreciated the time he took to explain exactly what was going on, how it could be treated, and the long-term effects. The office gave me a printed estimate of the charges, which were high, but not unexpectedly so. He had to stay overnight, for which there was no charge; the staff also clipped his nails for free, which was great. As expensive as it was to get our cat healthy again, it was certainly worth it, and I appreciated Dr. Foster's thoroughness. Luckily, my cat's problem was fairly easy to deal with - a change in diet, antibiotics, and careful monitoring. I received a check-in call from the staff a week later, and after I took him in for a follow-up appointment Dr. Foster called to tell me the results of further tests. My cat is now 100% back to his happy, over-bearingly cuddly self, and I know that I have a trustworthy vet to whom I would be comfortable returning, regardless of the cost. I will definitely recommend him in future!
