This is by fer the best vet we've found in Toronto. Many others seem to put money first and the animals second. This place is the complete opposite. They LOVE animals. They factor in cost in their recommendations and don't gouge you. Our bulldog was having aggression issues. Others had recommend we put him to sleep or doing several very expensive tests. The great vet here started from a place of trying to find a way to save our guy. He suggested starting with some anti-anxiety medicine and trying a new food. If that didn't work he said we could consider some basic tests and from there consider more detailed tests. Turns out the pills and new food have worked great. Thank you!!!

These guys are THE best! On any given day the entire staff is friendly, knowledgable and oh so helpful no matter what our needs or questions are. As if that were not enough the doctor saved our dogs life by finding fluid around his heart when no one else had. He had to put together a jumble of random clues from us and trust his intuition to look deeper into our dogs symptoms to find the problem. We are so grateful to everyone at this clinic and highly recommend them to everyone we can.

Awesome vet. Staff are great. Helping us out a lot with exporting our dog and cat to the UK. In all honesty the staff and vets here are the best I've had for my pets in the 10 years I've lived in Toronto.

I love the fact that Dr. Nigel Skinner offered his services on his day off. You see, my dog was attacked at the dog park and Dr. Skinner was kind enough to give me his name and # as a witness. As I was leaving to go to my vet, Dr. Skinner mentioned (in a very calm voice) that some vets may be closed due to the fact that it was a holiday Monday and that if I need his help to call him because he's a vet. Of course it turned out that our vet was closed and so we called him. I was beside myself when I showed up at his office and noticed that he too was closed and that he was just opening up his practice to take care of my dog, Fred. That to me speaks volumes of his love and dedication for our pets. Now that's what I call going above and beyond. Oh, I should also mention that when the bill came, I was shocked to see that it wasn't double the $$$. An all around very happy experience with Kew Beach Veterinary Hospital.
