Steve and his staff at Leslieville Animal Hospital are such a pleasure to work with. They truly take pride in the work they do. Steve is always available to answer any 'new parent' puppy questions we've had over the last year, no matter how trivial. It's not just the annual check-ups or day-to-day inquiries, but also when the going gets tough, the team is there to help. I had a very sick cat a few years ago, Steve went above and beyond to diagnose the problem, even calling in external specialists. He then performed the operation that resulted in saving Max's life. I can't say enough kind words about this team, highly recommended.

My dog got into rat poison a few weeks ago. My regular vet is in Milton, as I used to live there, so I called the Leslieville Animal Hospital to see if I could bring my dog in. They did not hesitate to see us and got me to come in immediately. Dr. Liz Davis and her team were amazing. They treated Hailey and reassured me by keeping me informed about what was going on. They were kind, supportive and so caring and loving towards Hailey. I am forever grateful to them for their care and consideration. Dr. Davis takes the time to do the follow ups herself which shows the care and dedication she has for the animals. I can't say enough about the team. We are not one of their regular clients but they treated us like we have been seeing them for years. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank them. Without their help, Hailey might not be with me today.

All of the staff are extremely pleasant and so great to deal with. I actually found this clinic from searching online reviews and decided to give it a try and I have never looked back. I absolutely would & have recommend this clinic to anybody I know. Dr. Avery and his team take vet care to another level. I have been to many vets in both Ireland and Canada and I must say this is the first clinic I have felt totally comfortable with asking all my questions and calling back when I need to reconfirm things that I forgot to ask. It is so well priced and the staff here really take pride in their work and it shows. Anytime I have called either Dr. Avery or any of the other staff with questions that I myself feel silly asking they really put me at ease and are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. SOOOOO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

It is not difficult for me to give Leslieville Animal Hospital full marks for everything from trusted advice to top-notch animal care. My wife and I have been visiting Dr.'s Steve, Jess, and Helen for the last 18 months. We began visiting with our cat, Spartacus. The first time we walked in the first thing I noticed was the friendly greeting when we walked through the door into the very clean clinic. The fresh decor was very inviting and comfortable. There were a few pets in the waiting room, and I fully expected that our 11am appointment would be at least 15 minutes delayed, but this was not the case! Our appointment was right on time, in fact, they are always on time. Eventually, our old cat had a stroke, which was very difficult for us to handle. This type of event is when you need direct and honest advice. When it was decided that keeping Sparty alive may cause him to suffer, we, with the help of Dr. Steve and Dr. Helen, we put our friend down. We were given lots of options by the staff and Vets at Leslieville Animal Hospital with regard to Sparty's care, and we could see that they felt our pain. Never once did we feel pressured to do something, or feel in any way that there was any motive for a single care directive, I believe they helped us show the compassion that our friend deserved. Today we have a new puppy (Olive), and we were almost as excited to bring her to our wonderful Vet clinic as we were to bring her home! We know that L.A.H. will help us make smart decisions for our new girl's health. I would be pleased to recommend the Leslieville Animal Hospital to anyone with a pet, you just will not find the same care and great staff as you do here. An amazing team, period. Vets Steve, Helen, Jess and the team are a great crew, very caring and very professional. My >1-year-old puppy has had two bouts of sickness and they have treated him with the utmost care and concern, like he was their own. He loves going to the vet even though he gets a thermometer in his bum! All the vets are so patient and ready to answer all my questions. I recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for expert care with a big heart.
