Absolutely horrible. Fake, only nice and concerned about your pet if they have the potential to make money off of you. Push expensive unnecessary solutions. Do not respond to issues when promised. Give attitude when there is an issue. After you state your financial troubles they will ignore you and your pets wellbeing.

We had a great experience at McLean's! I would recommend this clinic to anyone. All the staff were very professional and caring of our two cats. Dr. Sean Colyer was so knowledgeable and helpful. We will continue to take our pets there.

My cat got sick for the first time in 9 years that I've had her. The clinic I took her to when she was young closed down. I called around to a number of vet clinics and only McLeans hospital was able to answer my questions and help me get the reassurance I needed. The receptionist was very helpful and booked us in right away. Dr.Chung treated my cat and we both had a good experience. I would absolutely recommend.

Not much to say other than Dr. Sean is awesome! All of the staff is very helpful and professional. They've been helping us get the weight of our two cats under control and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely continue to go there in the future.

I have been a client of McLean's for 8 years and have always had very positive experiences. I decided to post this review because in this particular case, 2 people, Marion and Sarah, went above and beyond to assist me. On back to back days, Marion guided me over the phone with useful and honest advice, until it became apparent that the only option was to bring my dog in. On site, Sarah took great care of my dog, was very patient, and gave me real answers. She didn't try to nail me for a grocery list of services that I needed to pay for...just real, problem solving solutions. I highly recommend McLeans if you are looking for a vet. My dog loves going there to...and I guess that's the most important thing.
