I've been visiting Queen West Animal Hospital with my dog Albert since he was a puppy and the vets and staff there are so wonderful. Albert is a VERY shy dog but he always loves going to the vet! For me the team is friendly, knowledgeable, always helpful and their follow up phone calls at home to check up on him are very much appreciated. We also like their common sense advice and they never push us on extra meds or tests if not necessary. We recommend Queen West Animal Hospital to anyone looking for reliable and common sense healthcare for their furry friend.

The vets and staff at Queen West Animal Hospital are highly skilled and very caring. They have really been there for us on multiple occasions---for example, helping us figure out how to get documentation for traveling abroad with our dog, Pirate, and helping him out on emergency short notice when he got a stick stuck in his soft palate.

Just switched over to Queen West Animal Hospital and could not be happier with my choice. They did not do excessive testing for the sake of making a few more bucks. Instead kept it to what they think is best and then work from there if needed. You can tell they love animals and love what they do, which is a nice change!

I love this place! The staff genuinely care about your pet and it is obvious my cat appreciates the TLC because she doesn't completely lose her mind with fear when we go there. The follow-up care is also superb. I now live on the other side of the city, but I still trek across town with my cat specifically so I can come to this clinic. Your pet will thank you for bringing them here!
