Very friendly! I thought they would give me a hard time because I haven't brought my cat to a vet in years but everyone was cool about it. I called around and their prices were the same as the other nearby clinics and only went there because they were the closest, but I was glad I picked them. I ended up having blood testing done but I only brought enough for the shots so they printed out the price for me and let me come back the next week and didn't charge me for another visit or make me feel bad. My cat even liked them and he never likes anyone especially going to the vet, so I will be back next year. Also they gave me a cupcake, didn't hurt my review

I found these peeps because I live around the corner. Great service, and they are very attentive and accomodating. No complaints whatsoever. Been there multiple times for regular checkups, random animal issues with my dog iLLy, and for vaccinations. Highly recommend.

The staff are the best - they were so comforting to my wife and I during what was a scary time for our pup. They were so kind, they took so much time explaining things to us and never making us feel rushed. They even gave us coffee and made time for us to visit with her while she was in the hospital. I feel like they saved her life and always made us feel she was in good hands.

I took my cat here for a check-up and vaccination. The staff was extremely friendly, the vet was caring and knowledgeable, and the price was fair. The service was very good; above and beyond what I could have hoped for. For example, my cat has had an allergic reaction to a vaccine before, when I lived in a different city. To deal with this, they called up the previous vet to double-check which shot it was, found someone in the clinic to speak to them in French, and held on to my cat for an hour to make sure everything was OK before we left (while I went for a walk around the area). All in all I was impressed with the experience.

I bring my two cats and new puppy to this clinic and have always had a very positive experience. The staff is always very friendly and show a lot of love and care to my animals! Both Dr. Dehaan and Dr. Gibbon are very knowledgable and super friendly. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations. My pets love visiting them, even when they are getting their vaccines! They are handled with so much care that the don't even notice the fact that they are getting a needle. I highly recommend this clinic.
