Dr. Bonab is amazing, our cat is always happy to see him at our house. Lot's of patience to deal with the pet and the owners...very informative and explains the conditions as well as the treatment options is great details.

I am SO relieved to have found Dr. Dave Bona! I was almost heartbroken to see my senior kitty one day suddenly unable jump up onto my bed or sofa to be in control of how she spends her days: nap, snack, stretch, water, nap, play time, nap, cuddle time/sleep, snack, poop, scoot, snack, nap, water. They were able to come out to visit her the same day I called, and treated her with so much compassion and gentle care that it actually help ME be less stressed out. Follow up care & communications have been proactive and consistent and Van Horne Mobile Veterinary Service will be my fur babies primary care provider as long as I'm in GTA! I don't have a car, and my cat is extremely anxious about leaving our long-term home (and I didn't properly socialize her as a kitten), so the stress, time & cost associated with transporting her even for regular health check ups is just too much - having them come to you is well worth the fees (and probably close to the same cost either way)!

I have an elderly cat who panics when taken in the car to the vet. Luckily, I found Dr. Dave Bona online. He was the only place I called where I could speak directly with the vet, booked an appointment easily and was on time. Throughout the treatment and afterwards Dr. Bona has been very available, thorough and caring. I'm pleased and the cat seems to be too!

I had contacted Van Horne Mobile Vet Services when I woke up one morning and noted that my dog seemed to be in distress, I felt uncomfortable moving him to take him to our regular vet, so I contacted a few Diffrent Mobile Vet services. On my third service call I spoke directly with Dr. Bona who was polite and listened intently instead of bombarding me with numbers and times. He nicely scheduled a time to come to my home. Sadly When Dr. Bona had called me back for confirmation I explained it was too late my little guy passed away. At this time without hesitation Dr. Bona stated he would be at my house as soon as possible. Although we met under sad circumstances I'm so pleased with the care and compassion offered though the mobile pet service, including the flexibility with delivery of the urn and paw print. Through the many tears, and pain Dr. Bona was able to guide us in decision making and although very sad, it was comforting to be in our own home. Alas, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this service to anyone! Minimize the stress to yourself and your pet. It couldn't be more convenient and it really makes you feel more comfortable...

Dr. Bona of MOBILE VET services, is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable veterinarian, and has a very gentle, easy manner with animals. I contacted him for my 18 year old Eskimo, who needed senior health assessment and pain management. The doctor was very honest about my pet's prognosis and how best to manage his pain care for the remainder of his life. He skillfully explained conditions that are simply age related and can't be changed and what we can do - at a reasonable cost - to make a difference in our dog"s remaining days. Dr. Bona took blood from Kimo - had it analyzed to ensure the medication he was perscribing would not harm my dogs kidneys and came back with the results a day later - all a very reasonable and affordable cost .......Thank you Dr Bona ! - 3 months later my dog is walking more and seems to have less pain - thank you again for the great service Dr. Bona, you rock !
