My wife Dorothy and I find that our visits to the clinic are made more relaxing because the staff love their clients/patients and treat them with compassion and love. They are all very thorough with their care from the time we arrive at the clinic until we leave. They follow through with appointment reminders, check to see if there are other things we might need for our pets and one thing we both like is that the staff know our pet's name when they come in for care or treatment. Nice touch. We do recommend the clinic to our neighbours and friends in the area because of the wonderful treatment we receive. Thank you very much for all you do for our 3 precious cats, Pookie, Kandie and Max.

The doctors and staff at this vet clinic are so caring! I started going to their place because I needed a second opinion. I worked with both the doctors there (Watzin and McPhee) and they answered all the (many) questions I had. They ended up fixing my dog for WAY LESS than my old place quoted. They also called frequently to check up on how my dog was doing. I thought their care may have been because I was new, but, 5 years later, they continue to provide the best care for my pets! My cat and dog are excited to go see the girls because they always have a treat ready for them - plus I really like that they're accommodating for the cats. They have a special room so my kitty doesn't get nervous from the dog smells! Because I live in Burlington, there must be over 30 vets between home and them that I could go to but I don't choose a vet for my pets based on proximity - they are the only ones I can trust because of their genuine care and compassion. BEST VET CLINIC EVER!!!!

Just one big sales presentation. I went in just for my dog's annual vaccines but the owner/vet tried to get me to switch over to their crazy expensive "science diet" even though I am feeding him a perfectly good all-natural dog food. Then she said I needed to do yearly bloodwork (for another $300) even though he is perfectly healthy. It seemed like a lot of expensive stuff when my dog is perfectly healthy. To top it all off, the owner has her crazy rottwieler running loose in the clinic who kept jumping up on my 8 year old son and trying nip at him. Not happy with such a sales oriented vet who lacks professionalism and compassion for my pet and family.
