I wanted to give a big thank you for the care my beloved Tigger "my biggest boy" received at the animal hospital. We loved our kitty cat very much and sure do miss him a lot. I never thought I would bring him in and leave without him. It was a sad day for me :( but the care was exceptional, and I want to thank everyone very much!! I've been going to Dr. Boa for the past 15 years. He is the most honest, trustworthy veterinarian I have ever dealt with. All of my intensive care cases have been overseen by Dr. Boa, and his objective approach to treatment and prevention-oriented care is unparalleled. Dr. Boa has never let one of my pets suffer at the cost of making money. When further assessment details are required, through methods such as ultrasound, x-ray, blood tests or urinalysis, he only recommends those which are absolutely necessary. He cares about the comfort and treatment most conducive to my pets' wellbeing. I have referred several friends and acquaintances to Beechmount Animal Hospital, all of whom have returned with positive feedback. Trust is the one quality I have found in Dr. Boa that is difficult to find to the same degree elsewhere, which is why although I've moved out of town, I still drive my pets to see Dr. Boa for their veterinary care. It's worth the drive to ensure my furry family receives the very best in veterinary healthcare that exists out there.

Beechmount Animal Hospital has been our family vet ever since our first pet when we moved to Waterloo. The doctors and staff are helpful and kind and very good with our animals. They even sent us flowers after the loss of one of our cats. I definitely recommend this clinic.

From the day we walked into Beechmont Animal Hospital we were impressed. A courteous staff greeted us and answered all our questions before we were even patients. On our first visit, Dr. Boa took the time to talk to us and give us tips for our new puppy. There was no rushing; just honest concern and interest in our new family member. I have been taking our family pets to Beechmount Animal Hospital for 20+ years now. They have taken amazing care of our dogs, Winnie [passed at 10yrs], BlackJack [passed at 15yrs], Tai [passed at 19 yrs.] and Pearl who will be 6 this year.
