Five stars on communication, service and veterinarians. They are happy to answer to all of your questions about your pet and they are nice to you and your pet. Will definitely recommend.

The lady doctor was very sweet with my dog and took the time to answer my questions. I've gone there twice for shots and a annual checkup and I felt that they were professional and caring. No problems with payment and the prices are fair. Overall, I am very happy with them.

Worst customer service ever. They just want your money and then for you to leave until the next time they can take your money. Went to pay my bill and my credit card didn't work so I had to pay them something so I used my debit card. The next day I come in to get the debit card refunded and pay it back with a credit card. They say it's no problem then moments later flat out refuse. I said I'd cover the cost of the fees for interac and visa and they still refuse. It makes no sense they still get their money nothing changes it's just a different form of payment. I can't believe their attitude. They just didn't care once the deposit is made the money is gone. too bad so sad. I've never been treated so poorly. I said i'd never come back and they said "you don't have to do that". so you still want my future money good luck. Look for a clinic that cares about the customer.
