Merci / Thank you for being an example of tender humanity towards Animals, and helping my much beloved Cat in Her most dire of times. Her passing was painless, humane, ethical, and profoundly Professional. I would entrust Dr. Michaud with any animal, the World over. I will be forever & always grateful.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. To start with, I was told that they were running 30 min late when I arrived for my appointment. When we did eventually see the doctor (who was very nice), our appointment seemed to take forever. We needed 2 forms to be filled out, that was it. We had already prepared a form so that the doctor could take the info from one form onto another. This SHOULD have taken 20 - 30 minutes, MAX, but it took well over an hour. Once we were finally done with our appointment, the rudest receptionist in the world proceeded to tell me that our fee had to go up significantly because of the fact that our appointment took 'forever'. She then blamed ME for the length of the appointment and expressed her displeasure that they were now ' running very behind' and that it was somehow my fault. Sorry, but how is that MY fault? The appointment was supposed to cost $60.00 plus tax, but she ended up charging me $168.00 plus tax... When I questioned her about the charges, she literally yelled at me and said that she had to charge me because it took so long. I looked her in the eye and told her that I was simply asking her a question and she then apologized for her behavior. She was, I kid you not, a very, very rude miserable woman with zero customer service skills who apparently hates her job. Horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. The vet himself was very nice.

Dr. Michaud is the kindest vet I have had the pleasure to deal with..my beloved cat became extremely ill and has gone to heaven but Dr. Michaud did everything he could for Felix. I am grateful to him for treating me and my cat with seldom seen kindness in this day and age. I will definitely take any new kitten I get to have the same wonderful care. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for all you did to help me in such a stressful and sad time in my life without you I don't think I would be able to adopt a new family member.
