Dr. Bertrand is the best vet there. Dr. Bertrand neutered my friend's 2 kittens, clean incisions, healed very well. However, the day before my friends' cats were operated, Dr. Bereza, the owner, operated on my kittens and the incisions were not clean and became raised, red and crusty. One of my cats' incisions started oozing on the 4th day after surgery. All four kittens are sisters, 6 months old. If you go to this vet, do see Dr. Bertrand and stay the hell away from Dr. Bereza!

Baker Animal Hospital is a wonderful place, and I give them my heartfelt thanks for their caring. My dog fell and became paralyzed, and we had to put him down. I was in shock. The vets and staff at the hospital we so caring and compassionate that they helped me get through this very rough time. I appreciate all their help, and highly recommend them to anyone. I wish human doctors took as good care of us as they took of my pet.

No matter what the problem or maybe not a problem but just for routine shots. Always caring staff... Dr, Julia is my dogs regular vet but she has been seen by Dr.Bertrand. Excellent bedside manners, both of them. Pardon the pun on beside but only way to put my point across.
