I was misdiagnosed when I went there 2 weeks ago. And now, 700$ later, my cat has passed away. I feel the first doctor was just guessing and prescribed me pills (which seem to have led to his decline). When I went back to the vet on the 24th, I was told they don't know what's wrong, and that it's the holiday so go the the emergency clinic. No sympathy, no kindness. I even asked for something to make the cat more comfortable, and I was told no. I feel they contributed to his death and better yet, they charged handsomely for it.

My vet at Journet (Dre Moali) was very thorough and wanted to find the reason for the symptoms, instead of just treating them. She even called me two days after my visit asking how my dog was doing. This is the best place in Montreal. I would not go elsewhere.

Since I’ve had dogs for almost all of my life, I have visited many vets over the years. Some were good, others were bad. I must say that since I met Dr Louis Journet, I don’t want to meet any other vets. Dr Journet as always taken the time to fully explain the test results & discuss the diagnosis. When talking with him, I could always understand the pros and cons and make an informed decision. And if I go there mainly for Dr Journet, I must say that the assistants are very experienced and they're familiar with our files. I am glad to have found that clinic. Highly recommended.

Very good service, quick, and a checkup costs about 53 dollars, tax included. I went in a tuesday afternoon and was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. Very nice boutique as well!
