We have used Chapel House since it opened. The staff are friendly and caring. Everything, (eg treatments,medical conditions, medical management) have been fully explained to us. I would recommend this practice. Recently, we have had one of our cats put to sleep. The vet couldnt be nicer. She came to our car to sedate tabitha so she was asleep when we took her in. Both the vet and the nurse showed true compassion to both our cat and us. We both trust the staff at this practice to do everything that is in the best interests of our pets.

Everyone at this vets is always very helpful and friendly when ever we take our dogs here. One of our dogs is very large and getting less mobile now but the staff are always willing to help lift her in and out of the car. Even the dogs seem to enjoy going, they always get some attention and a fuss.

My usual vet was unavailable to come and put my Japanese Akita to sleep at short notice so I called Chapel House Vets and was greeted by a really pleasent and polite lady on the phone. I explained the situation and they accommodated us incredibly well. As my dog was in discomfort they were at my door in around 20 min. The procedure was proffessional and courteus. I was 100% happy with my experience of using this vets.

I've used Chapel House for 15+ years. Professional, friendly, caring staff that really know their stuff, I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else, in fact I swear one of my cats even enjoys her visits!

lovely staff..! Always go out of there way to look after my animals! Nothing is ever a problem to them.
