Our cat was not feeling well, left him with this business. Collected him the next day from their pen, covered in excrement.! They even indicated they did not want to deal with 'our sort' and not to come back?! I am a kiwi, my partner Indian... both working professionals...what sort of people are we exactly? I am totally disgusted at their care and attitude. The cat is registered under my partners name Lance... at your Clinic We are not prone to exaggeration nor hallucinations Lance.

I think Chris Ingram(Sapient NZ) may be confused as to which clinic he attended, as we don't have him here as a client and would never tell some one they were not "our sort" We would also never send a cat home covered in excrement.

All the vets [as well as the receptionist] that work there are very good and extremely friendly. The prices seem reasonable as well.
