I've been going to Cornerstone Animal Hospital for the past 14 years. I was in there today with my dog to get a simple round of shots done. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically said that my dog is not in need of a Bordatella shot. The vet whisked him away to give him his shots, and I noticed later on that my receipt said that he received the Bordatella shot. I called to dispute the charge, and was told, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do about it", followed by dead silence. I'm shocked at the poor level of customer service, especially being such a long time client. Very disappointed...

This the BEST place I've been to in 25 years of pet ownership. Dr. Thrapp is such a compassionate and thorough doctor, we could not ask for better. The whole staff is great and care so much for the animals walking in their doors. Even more so, they truly care for the ones who walk in, and never walk out. Their compassion in putting down out dog was moving, and we truly respect them for it. You will be hard pressed to find a better vet.

I can't say enough about the kindness that I found at Cornerstone. I adopted a rescue dog that needed immediate help, and Cornerstone was the only vet willing to help me. Their compassion for animals was foremost, and I would recommend them to anyone that loves their pet like a family member.

Best vet I've used anywhere. Dr. Montgomery is awesome!

I took my dog in for a rabies vaccination. They had a same-day appointment available and the cost was only $25. It was very fast and the staff was all very friendly.
