They could definately hire someone who can answer the phone and questions in a more friendly manner... I think I'll go down the road 100 feet to a Nice Vet.

We've used Dr.Brom now for over 10 years and we've been very satisfied with the care he provides. I recommend him to friends and to you. His services are reasonable and I never feel as though he's trying to coax us into any unnecessary services. Our pets have had minor surgery there, overnight stays and we've boarded them occasionally. He's also very conservative with his care. For the most part his staff is just as good. He's changed staff through the years and like most businesses there has been times when the staff wasn't what he needed for his business. Overall EXCELLENT place to take your pets!!!!

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Dr. Brom is the best vet in town! He cares about your pet like a member of the family and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Anyone I know in town who LOVES their vet goes to Dr. Brom. I would recommend him to ANYONE!

Dr. Brom does a great job on our Layla...He also does my father's 2 dogs....We both love going there, they are fair, honest, and very knowledgable. Dr. Brom actually left eating dinner with his family one night to operate on our lab Dolly. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a vet. They also have saved me money compared to some other vets around, and with better service its a no brainer for me and my family!!!!

I left my large dog there over the Thanksgiving holiday. Great staff and great care! And he smell great too. I would recommend them to anyone for boarding.
