Dr. West and staff were very tolerant of my extremely ill behaved cat when he was very sick and needed attention. Made me feel like my cat was not a nuisance to treat which is a rarity with many vets that I have used in the past. Will continue to use them....and my kitty is on the mend.

UPDATE: I cant remember when i did my first post, but wanted to update. I am still using All Creatures and love them! I'm moving soon because i am graduating but will always reccomend Dr. West and her staff. I will miss them lots/ They are the best!!!

I took my dog to Dr. Bond when I suspected she was pregnant (after breeding intentionally). She did an ultrasound and felt around. Said there was no way AT ALL that my dog was pregnant. I was sad because we had hoped for puppies. We went back a few days later for her to re-check. Again, she said that there was no way that my dog was pregnant if I had bred her when I stated (which was all correct information) About a week after that, I still felt something was up. Went to Parkway Animal Clinic in Opelika (the best people EVER!) They said she was indeed pregnant and that if she had been looked at by another vet, it should have been evident for weeks. Thank goodness, they did a traditional style pregnancy test as well as an ultrasound and xray. We had 6 healthy puppies thanks to Parkway Animal. Dr. Bond was completely wrong and took over $100 from me to tell me lies.

My guinea pig had two infected molars and needed an operation to remove them. Dr. Bond did a good job with the surgery, and she was very informative about the process of the surgery and how to care for my pet after the surgery. I could tell that she truly cared about my pet, and she even gave me her cell number in case there was an emergency and I needed to reach her when the clinic was closed. I recommend her to anyone with a guinea pig.

Avoid this clinic. My dog was diagnosed with sarcoptic mange, which Dr. Bond told me was scabies. She said it was all in my house and that my family could have it as well. I paid way overpriced money for these horrible smelling dips, and my dog continued not to get better. I finally took him to our hometown vet who said he was going to do a scrape. It was demodetic mange, which is not transferrable to humans and in nearly ever case is transferred from mom to puppy before the puppy's immune system develops. Needless to say, the breeder ended up having to pay for the treatments. However, I lost all the money we paid to Dr. Bond. By the way, I looked at both types of mange under a microscope and they look completely different. Either Dr. Bond doesn't know what she's doing or she's trying to rip off college students. Either way, go somewhere else!!
