My poodle is 12 years old (Rusty) and when he was 18 mos. old he dislocated his right hip from jumping. Dr. Kahn was so caring and compassionate to him and has always been. He did surgery on Rusty and we never had any problems.

I found the service to be less than satisfactory. My animals always smelled awful after picking them up. Recently, I was told the boarding area is disgusting. I will never board my dog again. His condition and state of being secure was sad. My son was given false hope for a cat that lab work showed to be in renal and liver failure. Dr. Khan kept the cat for almost a week claiming the cat was eating and responding to antibiotic treatment. I doubt he got the antibiotics. When my son insisted on bring the cat home ($273.00 later), he was sent with antibiotics and special food to be force fed. He was asked to bring the cat back but my son took him to another vet who was outraged at the lack of compassion the animal had been given. My son followed Dr. Khan's advice for 3 weeks watching to cat grow more and more weak, unable to eat or use the litter box. The cat was euthanized at another facility. Maybe I am too much of an animal person but I will never return to that The Bessemer Pet Clinic.

Great vet I have been using him for a long long time. I've never had a problem with him or his staff.

Good, experienced vet and reasonable prices. Been using him for many years with all pets.
