DO NOT EVER GO HERE! THIS PLACE KILLED MY CAT! I am heartbroken and in shock. They supposedly examined my cat, which had been injured, took x-rays and sedated it- would not let me see the cat or take the cat home unless I paid them over $500. They refused to take any payment besides cash, which I did not have in the middle of the night. I gave them what I had- about $100 with the understanding that I could return the next day with the balance and pick up the cat. When I returned, they informed me that the cat was dead. They did not tell me this when I called earlier to check on the cat and did not tell me until after I had paid their outrageous bill. I believe that they put the cat down, thinking that I might not return, and not even waiting to find out. I was also not even permitted to speak with the doctor after the initial exam- only the very bossy and mean receptionist "Barb", who lied to me repeatedly and probably was responsible my cat's death. This place is an absolute nightmare!

Tried to charge $1,000 for a one night stay. I complained and they immediately dropped the price by $370. Very suspicious con-like activity is going on in this establishment. Extremely expensive! DO NOT GO HERE! There is extreme disorganization occurring among the staff. I was left in an exam room for almost an hour and was completely forgotten about until I went outside to the receptionist. There's no telling how my poor dog was treated. When I came to pick up my dog, they forgot about her in the back. It took around 30 minutes of waiting until I finally asked a nurse about my dog. Also, they tried to charge me extra when I picked up my dog! I refused payment and they couldn't do anything about it since I did not agree to additional fees. Yes, they tried to charge me more than the $600+ dollars I had already paid. Scam artists! My dog is now in the Galleria Vet clinic and I will NEVER take her back to this establishment.

I was very pleased with the treatment my dog and I recieved! My dog was unfortunatley attacked by another dog and my regular vet was already closed. They were able to see my dog quickly. I was of course a "basket case" and Dr. Edwards was very personable and reassuring. She let me know that my dog was going to be okay. I am very thankful for the Emergency Clinic!! My dog is back to her "old self" and doing great!! I hope we never have another emergency, but if we do, I will not hesitate to go back!!

Our dog had a serious reaction to something, and of course it was on Sunday evening, when her regular clinic was closed. We were promptly seen by obviously caring folks who kept us informed constantly on what was being done. Dr. Schuessler and all of the staff were very attentive and thorough. They took plenty of time to discuss the treatment and kept us only long enough to make sure her condition was resolved. I thought the charges were very fair and well explained. I am glad we have a facility that is available for emergencies for the four legged part of our family.

we took our dog Bandit there to have some puncture wounds looked at. It took a couple hours and the doctor and technician coming into our examination room then saying 'oh sorry . wrong room.'. i told the tech that we gave Bandit a couple aspirin for pain so that she could let the doctor know. i wanted to prevent dr from giving meds that would interact negatively with the aspirin. she never told him. thank goodness he didn't give anything that would interact negatively. When it was finally time to leave they had Bandit walk out on her own. she had puncture wounds on both legs and had one of her legs off the ground. she probably didn't want to be walking on the other leg either. why didn't they carry her out to us? I noticed today that they cut her back dew claws and one of them is obviously cut past the quick. that must have been why I heard her crying at the clinic. poor baby. i always cut her dew claws. they didn't need to be cut. that's negligence.
