The Red Mountain Animal Clinic has an amazing staff. I brought my dog in with an emergency seizure and they were able to help me immediately. I loved the attitude of all the staff and the care they showed my dog. I left with a happy, seizure-free dog. To make things better, they called me to check up on her and see how she was doing about two weeks later. Dr. Williams and Dr. BE are very wonderful and I will continue to bring my pets to them.

I have been taking my dogs here for 5 years, and I love both Dr. Williams and Dr. BE. The whole staff is very caring, and takes such good care of my pets. My dogs have had surgery, dentals, baths, and regular check ups. One of my dogs also visits the clinic for his severe allergy needs. Dr. BE was able to find a remedy that worked for him, and his quality of life is so much better thanks to her. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring and efficient staff to take care of their pets!

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. I thought this place was good, until I really needed them! I took my dog right after a dog had bit her and made a nasty 2 inch cut above her front leg. The receptionist said the Drs were out for lunch that she would be seen immediately, so I left her in their care. Around 4pm I hadn't heard from them so I called. They said they hadn't gotten to her yet! Other emergencies had arrived! I drove over there to see what was going on since I really couldn't believe what I was hearing. As soon as I got there, I asked to get her back that I would take her to another vet that wasn't quiet as busy. They had me waiting in the lobby for 1/2 hour. When I finally got her, her wound was still open, nothing had been done to her. They had her for over 4 hours with her wound wide open and nothing was done to her. The Dr. refused to see me and the receptionist had the audacity to charge me a boarding fee. I was disgusted with them and still am! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.

The docs are great, very helpful, and caring. They have been very good with my dogs, and take into consideration you as well.
