I don't usually do these review things but this place upset me to the point of writing this. Been to this vet three times with two different dogs. The staff is usually short, almost flat out rude. I felt rushed during the entire visit and my concerns about my beloved dog were not properly addressed. These people were NOT patient with me OR my dog, who was afraid and confused a bit about getting on the scale to be weighed. Especially with several people rusing her and pulling on her. When I call them I frequently get a recording that they are busy and to "hang up and call again in a few minutes." Then I get the same when I call back. The only positive thing is the receptionist, she was very nice and helpful.
