I had a great experience with Dr. Houstin and Dr. Byrd. They both are loving, focused, and answer all my questions as a first time puppy owner.
I have a pure bred Aussie that I love. He is 9 months old. It takes two years for his coat to come in completely. Banfield shaved a large portion of hair off of his back without my permission for a small "hot spot." I am fuc**** livid. Shaving is not the only option for treatment, and I was not consulted. It will take forever for my dog to look normal again!! Beware!!!!! But if you have a "rescue", then it shouldn't matter.
