Trusty Vet really needs to consider hiring a friendlier person to answer their phones. Having a sick pet can be very upsetting. Being spoken to curtly and rushed off the phone by the people you call for help only adds to the anxiety of the situation!!

We had to bring our cat in due to a skin infection. They were very nice and very helpful, and it didn't hurt a bit that it didn't break us. It was very reasonably priced. After we left a week later, I had a secondary question about other symptoms that started. They were able to help me without the need for me to spend more money to come in and were super nice and helpful. The ONLY reason I'm not giving them four stars is because when we came in there were no cars in the parking lot and did not appear to be a soul there when we came in. We got into a room quickly but there was a bit of a wait. Now, with that said, it could have been possible it was because we were a new patient and they were making my furry friends file. :) But I will return any time I need to take in my cat. They were great!
