The above user is incorrect. I am not sure where they went but it was not Wall Triana Animal Hospital because they are closed on Saturday and Sundays and have been for 20 years. So, before you give some one a bad review you should make sure it is the right animal hospital.

Without an appointment our very ill kitty was seen at opening on the day after Christmas. Christy the receptionist answered our call, was helpful to us and remembered us upon arrival. She immediately escorted us into an exam room (as I was wearing our baby in the carrier, holding our 2 yr old and carrying our ill kitty in the carrier. Our oldest daughter was walking and crying about her kitty. Ashley, the vet tech, came in and offered to put Freckles on exygen immediately. Dr Buxton was honest, appropriate and wonderful. She explained the care, and XRay to us, answered our questions as well. Intervention for our kitty was not delayed- it was timely and gentle. Our kitty did not make it however, and I dont think I have ever seen such sensitive, calm, appropriate end of life care for a kitty. Dr Buxton and Ashley appropriately involved our daughter and allowed her to grieve her kitty as she needed. Cant say enough about the wonderful care we received this day! I went by to take my dog in, who'd become lethargic with a fever. He was not doing well. They turned me away, and said come back with a stool sample and urine sample on Monday (it was Saturday). It turns out, my dog was near death and could well have died had I not taken him elsewhere. The clinic I went to found he had a bladder obstruction. They removed it in emergency surgery. His fever subsided, his eating and drinking habits were immediately improved, and his energy returned. He recovered completely, no thanks to Wall Triana Animal Hospital, who clearly had priorities elsewhere. It cost me quite a bit, but I would've paid anything for his health. Why this vet would turn us away in our moment of need is beyond me.
