The vets and staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Dr. Bennefield is our primary vet and he's very, very good at what he does. Keep in mind, my family is extremely picky about our vet. We've used over 5 different vets in Montgomery over the last 20 years, and our experience with Carmichael Road Animal Clinic has by far been the best.

On a Friday night I noticed my male cat was having trouble urinating. It's happened before, crystals form in his urine and can create a blockage. Carmichael Road Animal Clinic and Montgomery Cat Clinic were booked the next day, but let me bring my cat in anyway to squeeze in between appointments. The vet and staff were very professional, respectful, and understanding. Even without an appointment, I was in and out in about one hour. The vet explained what was going on in easy-to-understand terms and explained the treatment process as well as the costs (which were very reasonable). I've been to 3 vets in Montgomery between my cat and dog, and I will definitely not be switching again.
