Love them! We've gone to Dr Guy May since before this location was built. We board there, also. We feel that we've always gotten excellent care and advice from him and from Dr Drain. The entire staff are very capable, friendly, and caring. They have convenient pick-up, drop-off times for boarding. Highly recommend this excellent veterinairy practice.

I took my dog there to have his stitches removed. I was assuming they would remove all of the stitches, so when I picked him up I didn't double check their work. Nearly two weeks later, he was bleeding from where he had been licking the stitch location. The vet failed to remove two of the stitches. This had caused my dog significant discomfort which was why he was licking the wound. The vet offered to take the remaining stitches out, however, at that time I was out of town. I then had to pay for it to be done at another vet.
