Without reservation, we will only use Fur Buds to board our pets. The entire staff places your pet)s) health, well-being and care first. I say this without hesitation orur dogs are treated with professional, loving care. One pet had thyroid cancer and the other is 15, so to say the least, we are always concerned with how they are treated. Meds and food are given on time, they get plenty of walks and "puppy love" from the entire staff. We can leave them without the worry of the "unknown". The entire facility is top-notch. I would rate the entire staff as "professionals" in their field. I do not dish out recommendations. I am retired from the Army and "old school" when it comes to asking someone to do their job to the best of their ability. Fur Buds goes the extra-mile to take care of your pet (s). and at the same time, eases the owners mind so they can relax and have peace of mind.
I am absolutely appalled at this business!! These people refused care for my friend's dog who was actively having horrible siezures. They were on the way from their vet's office and received a call from this clinic stating they would not be accepting their dog as a patient because she had left them a 2 star review over a year ago! These people are obviously more concerned about reviews than helping sick animals in need. A very precious family with 2 young boys lost their best furry friend tonight! Shame on you!!!
Stay away! Who refuses to admit a seizing dog over a poor Google review by his owners over a year ago, this place! You can see the review below. I hope you are ready to stand behind your poor decision! My friend's family lost a very special member of their family last night. Shame on you for refusing help to a poor, helpless dog. Your job is to help animals. You should not let your ego/pride get in the way of that.
Excellent and caring staff. Had a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door until I left. Prices are cheaper than my own vet and I had to take my dog in at 2:00 in the morning. Dr. San Miguel was very caring and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my dog. I love the idea of a doctor being there 24/7 in case of emergencies. Whomever came up with this idea is a genius!! All I can say is their slogan is right....They really do love them like family and treat them like family!!
We had to take my daughters bunny to have him put to sleep, the vet and girl who were there had no compassion what so ever. We took Dougy( bunny) in around 11:15 pm, no other pets or people were there so it wasn't that they were very busy. My daughter is 12 and just kept saying "Mama that girl has a heart of stone". There was never an I'm sorry or anything just that will be $85. Maybe I'm to emotional i don't know but they will be last resort for me!! And I can't say how they handled him because they wouldn't let me go with him.
