I just came from caldwells with my dog that was dying on me . I have been taking my 3 dogs to this place for years.. anyways I told the woman at the desk that I think my dog was poisoned and he was really in bad shape...after about ten min... she took us to a room and by this time my dog which is like a child for us is just about to die on me.. after 10 more min.. I freaked out and went in back and ask for a doctor . ... the so called veterinarian Doctor ( my ass) told me with this shitty attitude there are 4 other people before me and I had to wait.. mind you these other people didn't have an emergency . I was watching him give puppies shots. I then told him my dog was dying please help and the no good doctor told me that he didn't care . so I told him that is a shitty thing to say as a doctor and he told me that he runs and does what he wants in his office.. this is a sorry excuse for a veterinarian and he is really lucky I didn't kick his ass right there but I was really worried about my boy . I yelled some crazy stuff and got my dog and went to a real vet... this place has lost my Business forever and I hope anybody that wants to use this place please think about this... by the way my dog is in the other clinic which is right up the road from theirs . they are going to keep him overnight... I would never leave my animals with caldwells ever again . they showed their true colors... and believe me this is not the end of this story..

Last year we boarded our two cats and two dogs here for two weeks. They all came back happy and healthy. The doctor and his staff are all kind and compassionate. We will certainly board them with Dr. Caldwell when we take our next vacation.

Very kind and considerate vet and staff. I have a dog with special needs and Dr. Caldwell is always there for me and my dog.

I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in a veterinary clinic. I called a week out to make boarding reservations for our two dogs. They took our information as a new client and set it up. They didn't bother to tell me the details or I never would have given them our business. When we arrived the day before Thanksgiving, the only vaccination history requested was rabies. Meaning, they are willing to board dogs who have not been kept up to date on their shots. The dogs were apparently booked in the 'barn' and not in the clinic, but we were not told that until we dropped them off. Being a holiday weekend, everything else was full and we had no other option but to leave them to stay in the barn. It is basically an unheated metal pre-fab building with horse stalls. We left there and spent another $30 at the dollar store to buy fleece blankets and a large comforter to attempt to keep them warm. It dipped into the 30s at night and our inside-only dogs were left in a drafty, cold barn all weekend. One of them has a metal plate in his leg, which is quite painful to him when it's cold. I included their own food with amounts to feed and always include two extra meals, just in case. Well over the two meals was sent home for both of them, meaning they were not only cold, but underfed. They must not walk the dogs often or own washing machines, as every piece of bedding was filthy with dirt, urine and feces. I'm not quite sure what we paid them for, we could have left them alone in our garage for the level of care they received.
