I have no problem with the veterinary services my pets have received over the 10 years I have been utilizing their practice. However, I do have a problem with the receptionist staff giving me inaccurate information regarding when various animals are due for vaccinations. I called to make an appointment for shots for all my pets on the same day, only to be told one of the newer ones was not due when in fact he was due. Under their advisement I did not bring him in at that time, only to have to make an extra trip some months later when they finally caught the mistake. Lesson learned. I am now keeping closer track of my own records!
