We have been using Dr. Meyers since 2012. We initially had 2 senior dogs who passed in 2013 and 2014. One of them developed cancer and Dr. Meyers amputated the cancerous leg and gave her another year with us. We adopted another rescue from the shelter Thanksgiving 2014 and took her to Dr. Meyers who immediately found parasites and identified a broken hip that hadn't healed. Dr. Meyers said the surgery wasn't absolutely necessary but we scheduled it anyway. Jan 14th she will get her hip fixed and I look forward to long walks with our new companion because right now a walk completely does her in for a few days.. I have complete trust in and respect for the staff at River Region Vet Services. They handle every situation with so much grace and make you feel so special.

We are very picky where we will take our AKC puppy and we are glad we decided on River Region Veterinary Services (after two visits at another office...). Dr Myers and Dr Caver are attentive and highly skilled with excellent veterinary technicians alongside them for vet care where our dog was fixed and recovered. He enjoys doggie day care to play with other dogs of various sizes (he used to be anxious around other dogs) and the dog grooming there is SO good lately. I recommend this vet office.

Best vet it the tri-county area! I have been using them for about a year now and I love the doctors and the staff. They've been great with my senior cat, 2 hyperactive mixed breed dogs, and my newest pitbull rescue who is terrified of her own shadow. I'll never use another vet!

I had a horrible experience with this veterinarian today! Dr Myers was most unprofessional during my visit and I am appalled at her behavior. I was berated and yelled at while Dr Myers was examining my pet this morning and this occurred in front of her staff! I was paying for the pet exam not the attitude and personal feelings. Needless to say, this will be the last time I use Dr Myer's services for my pets. I have been using her since 2011 and spent plenty of money in her office. However, there are too many other qualified, competent and caring vets available in the local area to put up with this. I chose her because she is in my community and close to my home. I wish I had done a better job at researching her; if I had, I would have found other reviews similar to mine which would have led me in another direction. I am a responsible pet owner and care for my pets like they are my children. I would never knowingly do anything to cause discomfort or harm to my pets. There was absolutely no need for her conduct today. Now I understand why there are flyers in her office requesting her clients to leave reviews on specific sites (this is one of them) to counter the bad reviews she has received in the past. Please, please do your own research before selecting Dr Myers as your vet. I don't recommend her under any conditions.

The service that Dr. Myers provides is superior to almost every vet I've ever been to. She's thorough, kind, and willing to explain her treatments. They know my family by first name, and I know they care about my dogs. The only negative is this vet is kind of expensive, but I feel like you get what you pay for. So I believe she is worth it.
