Both Vets are amazing.... yes, sometimes the doctors are out on emergency calls, Dr. St. John is also a large animal vet... however, the time they DO take with our pets says a lot! I would rather have to wait than to have a vet that just pushes me through like herding cattle. If you have an emergency they are going to be there for you... These doctors are VERY caring and concerned for your pets. What more can you ask for??

Every time I've gone I have had a very good experience. Both vets are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me, as I am a new dog owner. One time I brought in my puppy and no one was available, so they took him and said come back in an hour. When I came back his exam was all done and just had to pay for the exam and leave. However, I have never had anyone mention appointment times to me. I've just been told, "oh just call before you want to come in." Every time I have called in the past two weeks I was told the vet was in surgery and to call back to try and get him in between. I'm tired of trying to guess when an appointment time will be available. I even asked if there was a schedule I should be aware of and they said its never the same. Sooo though the service has always been great, and price pretty reasonable, I will be going to a new vet that has a little more structure to their appointment times.

Great! The staff and veterinarians are very helpful and obviously care about animals. This is not a place that will try and charge you for unnecessary, expensive tests. My experience has been very pleasant there.
