Terrible. Avoid this clinic – your time will be wasted because they will not spend time on you. I called this clinic to inquire about a problem with my dog and they told me come to the clinic that the vet would see him. As soon as I walked in the door, I was basically kicked right out. The staff told me that they were no longer seeing patients that day, even though they told me on the phone (15 minutes prior) to come on in. By the way, this was at 2:30 P.M.! Then, the veterinarian told me that I should take my dog to the emergency animal clinic since they were about to close – she did not even examine my dog! How does one know if it is even an emergency without even laying eyes on my dog? She could have checked his gums, heartbeat, felt his stomach, asked me questions, and/or etc… but she did nothing. I have never met a lazier veterinarian or staff in my life. There are some professions in which it is never appropriate to send away patients, and I am pretty sure being a vet is one of them. This was beyond ridiculous since they were the ones who specifically instructed me to come in, only to turn me away.
