I was not impressed with this vet at all. First time there and she didn't even introduce herself as the vet. She was friendly enough, but I felt like she was trying to sell me stuff the entire time I was there. I felt like the visit was very expensive, especially for what we had done.
The DR there is very nice and loves all animals and will do anything and everything to help you and your animal! Great price, The staff is very helpfull and the also take carecredit which will help save money with 0% intrest
The staff at Oakwood Hospital is very friendly and helpful. They take great care of our 3 dogs.
We arrived in NW Arkansas 6 years ago and one of the first things we did was find a Vet for our 2 Cats. Dr. Andrea and her husband had just taken ownership of the Oakwood Animal Hospital , the first time we went we found not only Medical Caretakers for our animals but people that became family, something we didn’t have here. Our animal babies would never go any place else. David and Donna
Would give zero stars, but must at least give one to post comments. Tried their services for 2nd time since supposedly new doc. Our adorable Eskimos were in their kennel over Xmas and we will never use their services again. The babby was covered in urine and the mom & dad smelled like wet dogs and all were still wet, despite being told our babies were bathed earlier that morning and we picked them up at 4:30pm. None were happy. Our usual place was full, when we pick them up they are always happy and smell good from their baths. I felt so sorry for the babby as no one would hold him like normal on the way home as he was soaked in urine. I dont know how they were treated while they were there, but not one of them was happy and they were not bathed, at least not with any soap. When i called to report our findings I was advised that they checked the run and I could smell the rag to verify that there was no urine in the run. Nothing like spending $250 to be called a liar, but everyones nose in the car knew better. If you love your pets, keep them away from this place. First thing we did when we got home from a 5 hour drive was to give our babies a true bath. From the Ballard & Koelling households.
