I can't say enough good things about this clinic. In the past several months i have used this clinic for everything from neuro toxin rat poison ingestion to HW treatment. While I was a basket case, the Drs Koonce and staff were calm and reassuring. Most importantly to me, both of the dogs were saved. The entire staff has been informative and helpful. I'm glad to have them here in Little Rock!

Allison and Brent are amazing Veterinarians! Frankie always loves to come see them. They are very knowledgeable and personable!!! I definitely recommend PVVC!!!!

When this clinic was owned by Dr. Hamilton is was the absolute best clinic in Little Rock. It is now owned by a husband and wife who obviously don't care how they treat the sick animals that come in. My 17 year old dog was dying and we took him in to the clinic. The staff was rude, inconsiderate of what we were going through and as we were trying to make cremation arrangements they quoted the wrong price, kept answering the phones, telling me to "wait a minute" over and over and over again. We were grief stricken but the receptionist could care less. We paid $191.00 for a private cremation on Friday. Monday I get a call from the clinic and they want 200 more dollars for a box!!!! I will never ever ever ever go back to this so called clinic. And they get a negative ten stars from me.

If you know what your pet needs and know exactly what's wrong, they won't run a lot of tests and run up your bill. If you are wrong, they will tell you what they think you should do, but they won't tell you lots of tests and lots of therapy and you get a big bill or go away. They will respect your opinion and do as you want to with YOUR pet. If you don't know what's wrong, just say and they will do their best to find out.. They will not run a slew of tests unless you request. This may not be what many are used to and maybe the reason people feel the quality is not here, but it's just a clinic of people doing what you want and not what they want.

i have had no problem with the staff, they worked me in when i had to leave town that day and my dog had a major limp...while Dr. Hamilton is not much of a people person,but he has always been excellent with my rescue dog...checking him very extensively, first for the limp, then eyes, anal glands, ears,etc...and for someone on a budget, i can do without the chitchat as long he is good with my dog...and my dog always seems to respond to him quietly and no fidgeting(mixed chihuahua)..i was recommended to him and i also would recommend him....
