Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience here. Our 3 1/2 year old lab was having issues walking due to a limp on her left leg. Dr. Roberson took x-rays and determined it was early hip dysplasia on her left side. He had another vet come in and take a look at the x-rays and feel her leg. After Rimadyl and ativan injections, she was not showing any signs of healing, but was actually getting worse. We decided to get a second opinion. The second opinion confirmed her hips looked beautiful and showed me the x-rays. It was a torn ACL. We have spent 2 months thinking it was her hip. We are lucky she didn't blow the other ACL trying to overcompensate. We politely called Treasure Hill to let them know and they were not rude, but unsympathetic for their mistake. We spent a lot of time and money with them for no reason. Be cautious and always get a second opinion if you have your doubts!
