Found a dog outside this clinic tonight. Figured "What better place to find a dog than outside an emergency clinic? They can take her right in" No one answered my calls. No one answered the door. I spent over half an hour trying to contact them with no success. I ended up taking the dog to my house for the night and I'll take her back in the morning. Two hours later and my call is still going unanswered. If I had been trying to take my personal pet to this clinic for a true emergency, I would have lost my pet. This is unacceptable. Their website says to "Read no further and call [them] right away" in the event of an emergency. Too bad no one will pick up.

The wonderful Kaufmans go way beyond merely professional expectations, and their staff is unfailingly kind, helpful, and willing to go to great lengths for their clients--of both the two-legged and four-legged varieties. It isn't at all unusual to get a follow-up check-in call from Town and Country when they have treated an animal, and if they don't have the answer to a question, they will do the research or make the phone calls to get the appropriate information. They recently boarded two very high-maintenance dogs for me while I was out of the country, and their loving care included sending me regular e-mailed reports on my babies, as well as a couple of lovely e-mailed videos. I know that I can always count on the Town and Country staff and Jeana and Doc Kaufman to do whatever it takes so that the animals I love stay healthy and happy. I recommend them without reservations of any kind!

Prompt service but everyone with horses in the area will tell you he is EXTREMELY high. You are looking at $35 for a tranquilizer. Still, he is the only one that will show up in remote areas. WE NEED A HORSE VET IN RUSSELLVILLE!!!!
