I'm not sure there will be enough space for me to write all the good things I've experienced with Dr. Tom Hancock, Becky, Heather and all of his staff at Hancock Veterinary Services in Springdale. I live in another town but I would not take my pets to anyone else. Not only do I take my pets there for routine exam, vaccinations, etc., but they also guided me through a difficult time trying to determine the cause of seizures in my sweet dog Chance. Dr. Hancock was extremely knowledgeable and was so diligent in researching outside the box for possible causes of seizures. I was so impressed by his caring attitude and the fact that it became a fact finding mission for him to try to determine why they were occurring. That may be the biggest difference I have found with Hancock Veterinary from others is that they truly care not only for your pet but they establish a relationship with you, which in turn helps them be you and your pet's best advocate in whatever it is that you are dealing with. In the process of determining the cause of Chance's seizures, we scheduled an MRI to be done at Oklahoma State University. The attending Vet at OSU went out of his way to tell us that he was extremely impressed with the record-keeping of my vet as well as all the testing that he had already done. He commented that it would have been the exact things they would have done. This speaks volumes about Dr. Hancock as well as his staff and the way they manage their patients. Bottom line, you will not find a better veterinarian or a more caring staff than Hancock Veterinary in Springdale Arkansas. I recommend them whole heartedly!
