We love the staff and doctors at Springdale Animal Hospital! They are always able to help with our questions and concerns regrading our dog and our cat when she was still with us. We started going to the hospital when it was Wiggins Animal Hospital and the new staff has not missed a beat in the care for our pets.

I will never take another pet here again. Dr Evans appeared indifferent, inconvenienced, and all together compassionless as my dog sat bleeding profusely with a large wound that needed surgery. Before he would do ANYTHING for this badly injured dog, he wanted money and a lot of it. No surprise to me, vet bills are usually high. However, we left the house quickly and unprepared as the dog was our biggest concern. He wouldnt allow us to leave the dog while we went and got the large sum of money he requested as a deposit for services even tho we were established clientele and have had the dog for 11 years. As if we would leave our baby there and never return! We just wanted her to be in the safest place for her, given her critical condition. He wanted us to load the dog, that was in seriously injured, still bleeding, obviously in pain, and needing immediate care back into our car so we could go get his money, which appeared to be ALL he cared about. He was terribly rude and lacked any bedside manner. To make the experience worse, the woman at the front desk said we would get a call that afternoon to tell us how the dogs surgery went and her condition. She said this twice! We did not receive a call that day or the following. What an awful place to take the four-legged members of your family. I would definitely recommend an other vet, even if you have to spend a little more in gas to get there!
