What a wonderful place to take your pets! I have now gone there a few times. For both sick and to get shots and the doctors and staff have been awesome! They listened to everything I had questions about. Answered my questions and really cared about my concerns. My kiddos can be a little nervous when going to the vet and the doctors took their time and even got down on the floor with them to help them be comfy and relax! It was such a nice change from the vets that are just in and out in 5 minutes! The staff was great as well! From the beginning to the end of each appointment, I knew they cared about me and my pet! They even called to check on how we were doing a few days later and to make sure I didn't have any more questions! Great hospital! I will only take my animals here and have told all of my friends and family to do the same!

From the very first time that I brought my pets to VCA Apache Junction Animal Hospital the staff and the Veterinarians are so caring and they take my pets health very serious. They give my (children) pets the utmost attention and care and respect like if the pets were theirs and everything that I have needed for my pets like medications food treats IV fluids and even when it came to put down a few of my babies their hearts were hurt too. I will never go anywhere else but to VCA Apache Junction Animal Hospital. If you ever wonder where to take your pets this is the place to take them and they are located in other states too. Thank you VCA for being there for my babies and me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I can't fully express how awful my visit here was. I will never be bringing my cat back here. The vet I saw was a total joke. I don't even know if I should give him the title of vet. He had no idea what he was doing, obviously. If my cat had died that night, it would have 100% been his fault for lack of proper vet care. I brought her in because she was sick and all he wanted to do was run x-rays, mri's, and bloodwork, when obviously, she had a URI. He told me her lungs were clear (I don't even know if I believe him) and that her nose was just a little stuffy and she was dehydrated. They had an estimate of $1000 for tests that she did NOT need. I was infuriated and left with fluids to give her. They were rude and obnoxious. The vet had a snotty, know-it-all attitude, when I was reciting things to him he had no idea what they were. Basic vet care.... I would revoke his license in a HEARTBEAT if I was him. I now have to wait to save up money to take my cat to a REAL vet and hope she makes it. I just am so angry and upset, there aren't even words to describe my visit fully.... All I can say now is ... IF YOU WANT YOUR PET TO LIVE, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!! THIS PLACE IS A RIDICULOUS MESS AND NOT A TRUE VET'S OFFICE.

We are completely satisfied with the caring and the quality of service we receive from both the Techs. and the Veterinary staff. We LOVE this place. Desert Sun Scottish Folds.

LONG WAITS!!! Every time I go there I wait far over my appointment time in the waiting room and then longer in the exam room. If you go here clear your schedule for a better part ot the day. At least 1 to 2 hours past your appointment time.
