Very poor service. Every time I took one of my dogs there it ended up being extremely over priced, the vet doesn't even check with me before ordering unnecessary tests, yet I'm expected to pay for them. It feels like all they care about is what's in your wallet, I can't even get a heartworm test or meds from them because I haven't specifically paid for a wellness exam with them, even though they've seen her within the past year and she's been examined by other vets out of the area. I've never had worse veterinary care, and I've been to numerous vets since we travel a lot. I don't trust anyone in the office, the vet techs we've dealt with seem hostile and unhappy, the people on the phone are rude and condescending. Refusing care because I won't pay for a wellness exam when she's already had one elsewhere and had one with them within the past 12 months? I'm taking my business to another clinic. It's a sad thing when a vet clinic stops caring about their animals. You can get cheaper vet care in New York, and that's saying something.

I went to four animal vet. hospitals many were closed some were rude , too expensive , then we found Casa grande Animal Hospital, they were kind, compassionate and caring. My dog had broke its leg and they did an amazing job and it was affordable. i would highly recommend them to anyone, I want to say think you to all the staff and Dr. Brown for helping my dog today you all were amazing!

The people that work here either don't know what they are doing or they are RUDE. I think it was Judy I spoke to? Not sure. She is RUDE and shouldn't work at all with customers. There have been several receptionists that are horrible to talk to. They overcharge for everything. $130 to get a cat fixed, plus extra for meds? I can get my cat fixed for FREE in the Valley. Or even for $40 through trusted organizations. I also needed to have a bird put down. $50 to put a bird down? My GOD. SO expensive there. And they don't care. You're just a number there. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO.

I have been going to see all the great doctors at CGAH since I was a tiny puppy. They are all amazing. I recommend them to everyone. The staff is super friendly and has always taken really good care of me, and as my mom would say I have been a little bit of a sicky pup over the years.

I have brought my Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix family member Boomer to CG Animal Hospital since 2004. I now reside in Mesa, AZ however for urgent health or medical matters I only trust CG Animal Hospital and will make the 1 hour trip for Boomers care. Boomer is 13 yrs of age and started favoring his right leg not wanting to step on it. I thought maybe he jumped off my bed or couch wrong, but discovered he had developed arthritis in his leg and had inflammation in the wrist area which is where I suspected the injury to be. I was relieved to find out he had no injuries and Doctor started Boomer on a medication plan with a two week followup to make sure he is metabolizing fine. I am always happy with the care Boomer receives, the explanation step by step what they are doing with Boomer and how sweet and caring everyone is. Boomer and I thank the entire staff from start to finish.
