I have been using Circle L Animal Hospital since I moved to Chino Valley 10 years ago. I have always had great service from all of the staff. Dr. Armstrong even came to the hospital at 11 pm to examine my cat after she jump on an end table and manage to spill wax on herself. I have since starting using only Scentsy products as they won't burn your skin. Dr. Armstrong was awesome that evening. I have been to another Vet here in Chino with a friend of mine and their cat. They were treated like a number like at the Vet Hospital for humans. No compassion at all for the animals. I will stay with Circle L as long as I have pets.
So once again I am waiting more than 20 minutes to see the vet for my dog. She is not feeling well, emailed them yesterday. Was called this morning and given a two o'clock appt. She is a patient of theirs. She is miserable and when we showed up I was told that we dis not have an appt. That was s resolved but still waiting.
Years ago, a friend, who took her cat to Dr. Armstrong at Circle L Animal Hospital, told me about the care her cat received at Circle L Animal Hospital. We had been using another Animal Hospital and just felt like a number in line. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, she suggested that we visit Circle L. That was 7 years ago, we are absolutely confident with the care our Dogs and Cats receive at Circle L Animal Hospital. Dr. Armstrong and her team are the best in the quad city area. Experienced and compassionate care for your pets, boarding too, we recommend Circle L Animal Hospital . We love our pets.
Circle L and Dr. Armstrong has been the best veterinarian experience I've ever had. The care & treatment for my failing Border Collie was incredible. She explained, step by step and did necessary tests and prescribed meds to manage pain and his comfort and on a Saturday afternoon she helped him pass. During those times he needed to be seen in the office she made sure Mike and I had transportation because I couldn't lift him in and our of my vehicle, provided by her husband. Never have I, or my pets received the top quality, kind and sensitive care. Before he passed, Mike was introduced to Dooley, who now alerts me to the doorbell, phone, and other sounds. Dooley, also a Border Collie, started at Circle L right after he came to me at 4 mos. old and he is receiving the same degree of care that I have no doubt all of the Circle L animal patients and owners experience. Staff reflects a high degree of competency, professionalism and politeness & just as importantly, reeeealy love animals.
Seems like the negative comments don't have any details, so it is hard to empathize with those folks. My experience has been good: staff is friendly and costs & procedures are explained BEFORE incurred. Vets have been willing to work with me on treatment plans and options. I board my two dogs a couple of times a year and have always picked them up in better shape than I leave them (of course, they are always happy to go home). There is a higher staff turnover than I'd like, but every medical treatment my dogs have gotten has exceeded my expectations.
