We were traveling through the area when it became evident that my sweet girl was headed for the rainbow bridge. A lovely stranger in a Starbucks recommended (NAY INSISTED!) on this place and it was a god send. Dr. Woods was caring and compassionate and walked me through the whole process. My sweet Bridgeeta didn't feel a thing, it was cozy and warm and just the way it should be. Dr. Woods hugged and hugged me and assured me I was making the right, responsible choice. I know money doesn't matter at a time like that but it was very reasonable, less than quoted at two other places. It was always going to be a horrible time but the staff there made it bearable and I didn't feel like a moron at all sobbing all the way. I can't praise them enough. They really did make the difference in how my sweet baby left this world. Thank you to Dr. Woods and the whole staff.
This one of the vest places to take our four legged family members! Vets give the extra attention when our puppies got parvo. I take my 3dogs and cat to this place.
My son (dog) of 12 years passed away September 4th. He had a collapsed trachea, a tumor, and a bad liver. They were ever so sweet to put him down and take off the price of the xrays he had done on him earlier that day. I was allowed to sit in a room with him before they put him to sleep, and I didn't get any horrible looks for not going back there with him to get it done. The price was AMAZING for a vet visit, especially with everything that was done with him. I had him cremated, and they took care of that as well. The only thing I can complain about at all is that when it was time to pick up his cremated ashes, we only received one call to let us know it was ready for pick up. We gave them both my number and my fiance's number and they only called his number once, and from it seems didn't b other to leave a voice message. Something told me to call them and sure enough his ashes were there. Whoever my fiance talked to was a bit snippy, trying to make it sound like they called us non-stop to get a hold of us, but they did not. In fact, we're just taking their word for it as far as them calling once goes. Because in his phone there is no "missed call" with their number, nor a voicemail proving otherwise. Besides that little incident, I would recommend this place for your pet. They're very cheap priced, and the doctors seem as though they really do care. The nearest vet to me is Johnson Ranch animal clinic and personally I'd rather drive all the way out to Coolidge because unlike the Coolidge place, Johnson ranch just seems like they're in it for the money, and don't care to check for the things that needed checking (My dog had a heart murmur as well and not once did Johnson ranch let me know he needed to be put on heart meds...sigh) If I had to rate this place, I'd say 8 out of 10. Even though it wasn't in the best visiting terms (dog passing away and all) I did enjoy going there. Thank you coolidge vet.
Very happy with the service. Our dog recently passed away and they very helpful and kind in helping us out. Also didn't charge an arm and a leg.
